The Challenge

Robertshaw, a global engineering, technology and manufacturing company, was gearing up for its 2026 trade show lineup. They had a large product catalog of solutions for commercial and residential applications but struggled to find a way to showcase not just the product specs, but how these could fit in a large range of applications to appeal to OEMs and aftermarket buyers. Trade shows weren’t a new venture for this 125-year-old company, but their previous approaches to showing their products were traditional and expected, including wall graphics and printed collateral. They wanted a more unique and engaging approach that could capture their entire line.

The Solution

After considering many options, Pepper Group landed on an interactive touchscreen approach. We took line drawings of 16 different commercial and residential applications and integrated 75+ product imagery and specs to create an immersive experience for tradeshow visitors.

Our team worked with Robertshaw to properly create accurate line drawings of each application, ranging from griddles to pool heaters to furnaces. Then, the team created interactive diagrams with proper placement of each Robertshaw product. Using a double-sided touchscreen pop-up, visitors could select each product to learn more about its specs, use cases and customization opportunities. Each product also linked to the Robertshaw website for more information.

The Result

The touchscreen was a resounding success, resulting in high praise from the sales team and an increase in leads over the previous year. Moreover, we were able to adapt the interactive touchscreens for use on their website and for sales team meetings.
