The Solution
Pepper Group brought a complete marketing-as-a-service solution, becoming the organization’s full-service outsourced marketing department, reporting to the COO and VP of Sales.
We quickly got to work, assisting with customer communications, media outreach, logo and graphic identity updates, website updates and new sales materials. We then helped rebrand all branch locations while simultaneously developing an updated messaging platform and go-to-market strategy.
With the rebrand and strategy in place, we worked to help the organization grow, integrating new acquisitions, managing multiple new branch openings, dramatically expanding their digital presence, creating powerful new sales and marketing materials and driving new leads and opportunities.
