DeliverHealth needed to reinvigorate its digital marketing strategy after previous campaigns for its eSOne™ synchronous scribing solution had significantly underperformed. With the introduction of eSOne InstaNote — a product designed to reduce documentation time, cut costs and boost productivity — the company required a smarter, more effective lead-gen engine to break through a competitive market.

The Solution
Pepper Group developed an integrated marketing approach spanning both paid and organic digital channels, tailored to elevate brand awareness, drive high-quality leads and deliver measurable results.
To address the goal of lead generation, we designed a high-performance, omnichannel campaign that met prospects where they were and moved them through the sales process, which included:
- A three-part digital ad series on LinkedIn and Facebook, each with distinct CTAs (eBook download, webinar registration, etc.)
- A conversion-optimized landing page designed to capture leads effectively
- Google Search Ads leveraging updated keyword strategies with high commercial intent
- Retargeting campaigns using DeliverHealth’s own contact lists to nurture warm leads
- A custom KPI dashboard, tracking real-time metrics like CPC, CPL and conversion rates
- Continuous campaign optimization to improve performance throughout the flight
In addition to generating more than 1,000 leads to date, we helped DeliverHealth increase their web impression share by 83%. This means that DeliverHealth’s targeted ads appeared in significantly more search results, increasing brand visibility and campaign reach.
To ensure success at key industry trade shows, we built awareness through geo-targeted advertising campaigns that would attract the right booth traffic and generate interest from local attendees. These ads focused on attendees within the event area code, promoted DeliverHealth’s booth presence and product offerings and drove targeted traffic to an event-specific landing page for further engagement or lead capture. This strategic touchpoint ensured DeliverHealth connected with the right audience before, during and after each event — amplifying ROI from their trade show spend.
To support brand visibility, increase awareness, drive thought leadership and nurture prospects organically, Pepper Group developed and launched a weekly LinkedIn content calendar. Through product education, industry insights and consistent campaign messaging, we increased LinkedIn followers by 53 per week, far exceeding the goal of 20.
