We Move People
At Pepper Group, our Purpose Statement is: We Move People. Well, we are physically moving our people—from one spot in our building to another. We’ve changed our suite number, but all else stays the same.
As we return to the office, our team will be enacting a hybrid schedule of Monday and Thursday being office days, and the rest of the week people can have a choice to work at the office or from home. Sounds like this is a popular scenario. We would be interested in hearing what your company’s plans are for “re-entry.” Please share your plans with me at Tim@PepperGroup.com.
Twenty-six years of files and samples is a heck of a lot of things to go through. We found pictures of old Pepper Group holiday parties, picnics, racing at Arlington Racecourse, promos we did for ourselves and clients, and all kinds of other goodies. And we have drawers and drawers of file folders. Most of it is being recycled—we certainly learned through Covid that we could live on digital versus physical archives.
Big shoutouts to Denise for her voracious attack on getting things purged, sorted and organized for the move. Lynn, Cindy, Todd and George also lent their hands in sifting through things, breaking down furniture and providing insight on the new office design.
It’s certainly a reflective time for all we’ve accomplished—thanks to the many great clients and teammates who made it all happen. As of August 2, we’ll officially be rocking Suite 300. Please come by and see the new digs. We’ll be ordering fresh hot sauce in anticipation!
