Flexsys, formerly the tire additives division of Eastman Chemical Company, was born more than a quarter of a century ago, and their products date back to 1944. Flexsys is a global leader in critical specialty chemicals for the world’s top tire manufacturers, helping make their products stronger, better and safer.

The Goldie Initiative is a not-for-profit organization that prepares women for senior leadership roles throughout the commercial real estate industry. Every year, the Goldie Initiative hosts the Goldie Gala, their annual signature fundraising event.
How Do We Do it?
We move prospects from considering to purchasing, users from clicking to bookmarking, and existing customers coming back for more. But moving people isn’t as easy as we make it look.
Client Spotlight: Velis
A consulting firm with 11 offices in the Midwest—specializing in planning and designing state and local infrastructure improvements—wanted to expand its successful logistics consulting practice. However, prospective customers weren’t seeing the firm, Lochmueller, as a logistics consulting company. So they decided to create a new subsidiary. The company needed a name, an identity, a brand message and a marketing program to successfully launch.
You Scream, We Scream, I Scream for Pepper Group
Chocolate? Mint? Moose Tracks? At Pepper Group, we like to get to know our clients and each other as people. As friends. That’s the origin of our Sharing Scroll. It’s a simple roll of paper on our wall where we ask questions—some goofy and some not—and invite clients and guests and employees to answer.
What are your Content Marketing Goals (and how can you reach them?)?
We do a lot of content marketing at Pepper Group, and we’re always taking every opportunity to add to our toolkit and get smarter. I recently attended the Ad World Conference, which promotes itself as the World’s Largest Online Advertising Event.
Client Spotlight: Technetics Semi
The parent company of our client Technetics Group, Enpro, recently created a new segment called Advanced Surface Technologies. The new segment contains two other Enpro companies, as well as the semiconductor division of Technetics. To help support the execution of this strategy, Pepper Group researched the competitive landscape and created a unique new graphic identify for Technetics Semi, as well as a stand-alone microsite.
Client Spotlight: Banking Attitudes: BAI
Nonprofit organization BAI provides actionable insights and research that help financial organizations make smarter, forward-thinking decisions. Recently, they completed a multi-year survey to determine how consumer behaviors differ by generations, so that organizations could better understand shifting and differing attitudes about digital banking, the effect of the pandemic, and more.
