DeliverHealth’s previous digital marketing campaign for its eSOne™ scribing services, focused on synchronous scribing, was underperforming. The Solution
Pepper Group redefined DeliverHealth’s digital marketing approach, focusing on precision targeting and impactful messaging. This omnichannel approach delivered a seamless, integrated brand experience across all customer touchpoints and channels, nurturing opportunities from the first impression to the final submission of a qualified lead. We executed a fully developed and comprehensive lead-generation campaign centered around eSOne InstaNote, leveraging a series of three digital ads across LinkedIn and Facebook. Each ad featured unique calls to action, from downloading an eBook to watching a webinar, to engage different audience segments effectively. A custom landing page was created to drive all ad traffic and encourage form submissions.
To maximize reach and minimize wasted clicks, Pepper Group also launched dynamic Google search ads tailored to high-value keywords. We refined DeliverHealth’s target audience using their contact lists, updated keywords to smart keywords for greater specificity and nurturing and built real-time dashboards to track progress. With clear KPIs in place, including cost-per-click, cost-per-lead and conversion rates, Pepper Group continuously optimized the campaign and provided detailed recommendations to ensure sustained success.
